* From the first to the eighth year of life of the installed awning, F.lli Giovanardi will replace the unserviceable fabric free of charge. After this time, the fabric replacement will be executed at the price valid at the moment of the claim discounted by 40% in the ninth year and discounted by 20% in the tenth year. These conditions will be applied on the fabric only and any other costs (installation or labor) will not be paid. WHO CAN THE END USER CONTACT ?
IRISUN fabrics are normally a component of an end product
(awnings, umbrellas, sofas or cushions). End users should contact the dealer from whom the end product using IRISUN fabrics has been purchased.

DARKER LINES ON THE AWNING. WHAT ABOUT IT ?
With lighter colours, the darker lines of the folds can be normally seen looking at the awning against the light. This neglectful inconvenience is caused by the manufacturing and the folding of the finished cover.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY PROTECT AGAINST ?
This warranty is protecting IRISUN fabrics against color or strength loss occurred after normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.

STREAKS ON THE AWNING. WHAT ABOUT IT ?
Some light streaks which are visible only by a very careful and close inspection might be caused by the handling of the fabric: unfortunately even using the maximum care sometimes they cannot be avoided.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER ?
The warranty is meant exclusively to cover the original IRISUN fabrics.

WHICH ARE THE LIMITS OF THE WARRANTY ?
F.lli Giovanardi limits his liability exclusively to the present warranty and reserves itself the right to inspect the material claimed.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER ?
This warranty does not cover against damages caused by normal care and cleaning, damage from misuse or abuse, damage caused by mechanical actions and use of improper cleaners. Improper installation or costs associated with replacement of the fabric (including labor and installation) are excluded by the coverage.

WHAT WILL F.LLI GIOVANARDI DO ?
F.lli Giovanardi will replace the unserviceable fabric with a new fabric of equivalent quality.

WAVES ON THE AWNING. WHAT ABOUT IT ?
By the seams or next to the edges it is possible for some waves to appear: this fact comes from the overlapping of the fabrics and from the discrepancies of tension along the rolling tube. None of these situations is affecting the performance of the fabric itself.
